Overview

Jetflo, an innovative flight search and booking platform, approached FigmaFy to enhance its online presence through a robust and user-friendly website. The goal was to provide Jetflo's users with seamless access to flight destination and rate information, along with an intuitive search experience. The project was completed in a tight timeline of two weeks, covering seven key pages.

1. Custom Fields for Flight Destination and Rate Tables

To meet Jetflo's requirement for dynamic and easily manageable flight information, we utilized Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). This allowed the creation of custom fields or custom post types for each destination and rate table, ensuring Jetflo's team could update information effortlessly without delving into code.

2. Sticky Search Bar

A critical feature was the implementation of a sticky search bar. This functionality was designed to remain visible at the top of the page as users scroll, enhancing usability and ensuring quick access to search capabilities at all times.

3. Template Development

Given the need for rapid deployment and future scalability, we developed custom templates. These templates allowed Jetflo to quickly create new pages, maintaining consistency in design and functionality without additional development efforts.

Build & QA

Seven key pages were developed, including the home page, destination overview, rate tables, search results, and other essential sections.  

We leveraged WordPress for its flexibility and ease of use, incorporating ACF for the custom data fields. CSS and JavaScript were used to create the sticky search bar functionality.
