Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Polyuno LLC (“Figmafy”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Figmafy provides design-to-development services, converting design files into websites, applications, and related deliverables. The specific scope, price, and timeline of any engagement are defined in the written quote or proposal we provide and that you approve.

Quotes and payment

  • Project quotes are fixed for the scope described and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due on delivery. Larger projects may be billed by milestone.
  • Changes to scope after approval may require an adjusted quote and timeline.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the materials we reasonably need to complete the work — including design files, content, brand assets, and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may affect the delivery timeline.

Revisions

Each engagement includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote. Additional revisions beyond that scope may be billed separately.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables and source code created specifically for your project transfers to you. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and reusable components, and — unless you request otherwise in writing — to feature the work in our portfolio.

Warranties and disclaimers

We deliver our services with professional care and skill. Except as expressly stated, our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figmafy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for that engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat your non-public project information as confidential and will not disclose it except as needed to deliver the services or as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. If you terminate after work has begun, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
