Overview

OutreachBin is an automated email-marketing platform built for sales and growth teams who need reliable deliverability, deep personalization, and a tool that actually stays out of the spam folder. The founders came to Figmafy with a vision and a problem: email outreach was painful, deliverability was unpredictable, and every existing tool made personalization feel like a spreadsheet project.

Figmafy was brought in to take that vision all the way from concept to production — UI/UX design, marketing site, and the full software stack.

The challenge

OutreachBin needed more than a design conversion. They needed a product built from the ground up that could handle large-scale outreach while solving the hardest problem in cold email: getting messages into the inbox, not the spam folder.

The brief covered several distinct workstreams simultaneously:

  • Design an intuitive UI/UX that made complex campaign workflows feel effortless for non-technical users
  • Build a WordPress marketing site that could communicate the platform's value clearly
  • Architect a backend system capable of processing bulk email operations with high throughput
  • Integrate InboxWarm technology to actively improve sender reputation and deliverability
  • Enable hyper-personalization so users could customize hundreds of emails without manual effort

The deliverability problem was the hardest constraint. Any platform that lands in spam is useless — so InboxWarm and the ElasticSearch + Redis infrastructure had to be designed as core features, not add-ons.

Our solution

Figmafy assembled a cross-functional team covering design, frontend, backend, and infrastructure — working across all layers in a coordinated build.

  1. UI/UX design. We designed a user-friendly interface with seamless navigation across the campaign builder, inbox warm-up panel, analytics, and settings. Every flow was validated for clarity before a line of code was written.
  2. WordPress marketing site. We built OutreachBin's public-facing site on WordPress, translating the brand and messaging into a conversion-focused web presence that could be maintained by the team independently.
  3. Frontend layer. Using AlpineJS and Bootstrap with clean HTML and CSS, we built a responsive, fast frontend that matched the approved designs across all breakpoints.
  4. Backend architecture. The core platform runs on PHP and Laravel, with Python and FastAPI handling the high-throughput email-processing pipelines. ElasticSearch and Redis power fast data retrieval and queue management at scale.
  5. Infrastructure. The entire stack is containerized and orchestrated with Kubernetes, giving OutreachBin the reliability and horizontal scale a production email platform requires.
  6. InboxWarm integration. We built InboxWarm into the platform as a first-class feature — automatically warming sender accounts to build reputation and protect deliverability for every user.
